Refunds

We always supply the freshest, highest quality produce. We accept though that you may be unhappy with something you buy from us. Where you have a complaint about any of our produce, we will be happy to credit your account or give you a refund where this is appropriate. Please note though that if you buy one of our boxes or bags will we will only refund the cost of individual substandard goods.

Due to the perishable nature of our products we can only offer a credit or refund if you inform us of substandard goods within 24 hours of your normal collection time.
